Michael Thomas

Founder/Executiive Director

A veteran and visionary, Michael launched Operation Meraki to meet the real needs of veterans through meaningful support and innovative care models. His leadership drives our mission forward—one story, one connection, one transformed life at a time.

Lee Wagner

Director of Veteran Outreach

A retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, Lee brings over two decades of leadership and frontline experience to Operation Meraki. As Director of Veteran Outreach, he connects with fellow veterans with authenticity, respect, and purpose. 

Shelli Johnson

Executive Assistant to Founder

With nearly five years of continuous service, Shelli is the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. She ensures that every volunteer, program, and initiative remains aligned with our values of compassion, community, and integrity.
